About the Author : Chhabilendra Roul
Chhabilendra Roul, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), is a former Secretary to Government of India. Dr Roul has authored two books. The first is titled Bitter to Better Harvest: Post Green Revolution Agricultural Marketing Strategy for India (Northern Book Centre, 2000) and the second is The International Jute Commodity System (Northern Book Centre, 2009). He has also published several research articles in reputed national and international journals. For his seminal contribution to civil service and research, he has been admitted as Senior Visiting Fellow to the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi; Adjunct Professor in Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar and Visiting Professor (Management) in Amity University, Noida.
